I and my husband still dream of the lively ambiance and food. I would recommend you to grab the chance of visiting your favorite chef’s restaurant when you’re in Vegas and make the best out of your trip with an amazing eating experience and stunning views.
Let’s delve into the world of extraordinary dining experiences and discover the iconic flavors that await you along the Las Vegas Strip.
1. Spago, Bellagio: Celebrating First Wedding Anniversary
Our celebration became even more memorable because of the astounding views from the famous Spago restaurant that complimented the exotic dinner so well. The restaurant is by Wolfgang Puck and is situated in Bellagio Hotel.
The upbeat music pumps you up the moment you step in. One can only visit this top-notch restaurant to experience the real thrill of having dinner with a view of the Bellagio fountains, Eiffel Tower, and the Vegas Strip.

It was truly a romantic dinner and we couldn’t have had our first anniversary dinner with any better views. The experience from our dinnertime is still fresh in our memories and we feel so happy to have celebrated our anniversary at Spago. If you’re planning a trip, consider this hotel a must-visit and don’t forget to make a reservation!
365 days of wedded bliss, celebrated with a touch of Vegas glitz!
2. Birthday Dinner at the Highly Rated Eiffel Tower Restaurant
It was so dreamy to have my birthday dinner in the Eiffel Tower Restaurant with a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip and the Bellagio Fountains! This 50 storey replica of the original Eiffel Tower is located in Paris Las Vegas and instills you with Parisian vibes. The restaurant is located on the 11th floor and offers a premier range of French Cuisine and amazing wines.
A birthday feast with a view to match – because every year deserves to be celebrated in style!
Just by checking out the pictures, you can totally see how awesome this place is and how delicious the food must be, right? It is a notable romantic fine-dine spot and you must have it on your list! Just be sure to make a reservation in advance.
Images (Clockwise): Slow Roasted Filet Of Salmon, Caviar (Don’t remember dish name), Red Wine (Merlot, Peju napa valley 2019), last picture- it was complementary.
We spent a fantastic time enjoying the Salmon Filet, Chicken Pasta, and Eiffel Tower Soufflés (dessert) on our plates. We also tried a classic French wine and a fluffy soufflé with pistachio sauce amongst other things.
Note: Below, we highlight certain restaurants that may not have an incredible view within their premises. Rest assured, however, that they are strategically located in areas where you will naturally be treated to breathtaking views.
3. Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips – excellent for fast-casual meal
This restaurant by world-class cuisine chef Gordon Ramsay is in The LINQ Promenade and the perfect place in Vegas to get your hands on some outstanding fish and chips. We stopped by to have a quick brunch and I must say, they serve what they say – the best fish and chips!
The restaurant offers classic English street food but better in the chef’s signature style. Best part? You don’t have to worry about making any reservations here.
4. House of Blues Restaurant & Bar
A restaurant you must visit if you’re anywhere in the south of the Vegas strip. Located in the Mandalay Bay Resort, this restaurant is a meritorious intersection of good food, music, and art. It presents an array of southern-inspired cuisine which is all made-from-scratch.
Some of the iconic dishes offered here are Voodoo shrimp, Carolina Mess, Memphis-style baby back ribs, and Delta fried chicken. We had a sumptuous breakfast and lunch here during our stay at the Mandalay Bay Resort.
5. Bouchon by Seven Michelin Star Chef Thomas Keller
Bouchon is a top-notch restaurant that accents the royalty of The Venetian Resort. It is peculiarly known for the chef’s updated take on French cuisine that you can enjoy without having to go to The French Laundry or Per Se both of which are world-famous restaurants by Chef Thomas Keller. We had a lovely breakfast at Bouchon though there is a lot of hype about having a Sunday brunch here.
Following this, you should definitely take a look at the lobby of the Venezia—it’s absolutely stunning.
6. Istanbul Mediterranean at Grand Bazaar
Known as the best halal cart in Las Vegas, Istanbul Mediterranean brings the unique flavors from Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Cuisine to you. The food is seasoned with authentic Turkish herbs and spices and is served in a generous quantity. We found this outlet on our first night in Vegas and stopped by to take a parcel for dinner as we couldn’t get reservation anywhere for that night. You must try the food here if you’re looking for a wholesome, delicious meal.

7. Venetian Food Court
The Venetian food court has multiple options for quick bites and some high-end, fancy options for dine-in too. You can get a variety of food including Indian food, seafood, Chinese cuisine, Italian cuisine, and other fast food. Walking through the court is an engaging experience itself so do give it a visit.
Tried these spots myself, but Vegas has tons more to offer! But don’t worry, there is still so much more to discover in this vibrant city. As a quick tip, make sure to book a table in advance wherever you decide to go, as popular restaurants tend to fill up quickly.
Nobody needs two words on what a lovely city of laughter, lights, and memories Las Vegas is. You may know this city for its nightlife and casino scenario, but once you visit its restaurants, you’ll remember the city for its amazing restaurants too.
